My childhood favourite movies were all Shirley Temple movies. I loved her. She lived a good life and for all the child actors who grow up in an industry that encourages bad behaviour, we never heard anything bad about this wonderful woman.
My sincere condolences to the family. |

I grew up in NY watching Miss Shirley on WPIX NY Classic b/w movies every Sat afternoon. Many actresses have looked up to her as their inspiration. She had a gentle, giving spirit that not many past or present actors have as children. She is on the good ship lollipop dancing with her husband...RIP
